You have to test these things. How else will you know that they work? Sometimes you might have to add a little more pressure, to see what bends and what breaks. It's easier that way, to find flaws that need fixing. Don't be upset when something does break, either; that just means you've found somewhere else you can try to improve. Keep at it!
